1-2-2, and 3-2 zone defenses. The
attack uses the short corner and high
post to create spacing and constant
cutting from different perimeter
positions and good screening action to
make it difficult to defend. Coach
Kowalczyk also shows different entries
and plays that can be run to get into
the offense and keep the defense off

offensive attacks, four entries into
the offense and one unstoppable
inbounds under play in this DVD. The
two offenses stress getting the ball
to the high and low posts and short
corner. The first offense is a motion
zone offense that allows the two post
players to read the defense as they
switch sides of the floor. The second
offense uses three post players in a
continuious motion that allows for
great action on the inside versus any
